Shipping & Deliveries

  • Please make sure to that your shipping address information is correctly entered before placing your order so that your order is delivered properly. Make sure all relevant and required information like name, abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, how to ship your order, and any other route information are correct. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information is incorrectly entered when purchasing your order.

  • After your payment is verified, orders will take usually under 1 business day. This is just estimates and it does not include weekends and holidays. This does not include the time a package takes to reach its destination after it has been picked up at our warehouse by the carriers or after we drop off the goods at your preferred destination.         

  • If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery. We will review on case by case basis to see what is the best solution for both the customer and the company.

  • If your order includes any items out of stock, we will contact you via email to see if you would like to ship what we have or replace the items with anything else. After 3 consecutive days of no replies or responses, we will ship just what we have available on your order

  • Shipping protection covers lost, stolen or damaged items. It will not cover delivery delays, incorrect shipping addresses, nor unprotected shipments
