Easy Returns, Because You Come First

We want you to love every piece you get from Youmita. If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of deliveryβ€”no stress.

What You Need to Know:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and underwear styles are handled case-by-case. We recommend trying them on over your clothes just in case.

  • Final sale items and markdowns can’t be returned.

Just click on the link above or email us at help@youmita.com and we’ll walk you through it. Once approved and in the USA, we’ll send you a return shipping label forΒ $5 and clear steps on where to send your item.Β

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, reach out right away so we can make it right.

Refund Timing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If it’s been longer, just drop us a line at help@youmita.com.
